A Message From Mike To The Fans
Geordies you gotta let me know
Should I stay or should I go?
If you say that you are mine
Ill be here til the end of time
So you got to let know
Should I stay or should I go?
Always tease tease tease
Youre happy when Im on my knees
One day is fine, next is black
So if you want me off your back
Well come on and let me know
Should I stay or should I go?
Should I stay or should I go now?
Should I stay or should I go now?
If I go there will be trouble
An if I stay it will be double
So come on and let me know
This indecisions bugging me
If you dont want me, set me free
Exactly whom Im supposed to be
Dont you know which clothes even fit me?
Come on and let me know
Should I cool it or should I blow?
Should I stay or should I go now?
If I go there will be trouble
And if I stay it will be double
So you gotta let me know
Should I stay or should I go?
A Message From the Fans to Mike...
No need for us To Clash - Just Go Mike
Kevin Nolan 'Off and On The Field'
talking to nufcTV
"Everything which has been thrown at us we've stood up to it, It's not affecting us and we're close enough now to let it go. We just get on with what we do best and that is play football.
I shouted to Shola (Ameobi) to let Jonas's ball run through so was I expecting the pass. But I was delighted to see it go in because it was one of my first touches. We grew from that and I thought we were fantastic throughout. Three wins a week is excellent. The spirit is good and we're where we want to be right now."
Sir Bobby Robson Thanksgiving Service Announced
Sir Bobby earned admiration from around the football world. A service of thanksgiving for the life of Sir Bobby Robson is to be held at Durham Cathedral next month. Chris Hughton on Winning Mentality
talking to nufcTV
"It's vitally important that we get a win and go through, The most important thing for this group of lads is the feeling of being on a run of winning games. It's a long time since we've been there, it's an enjoyable feeling and one that we want to continue. We will make some changes but how many we make will be decided over the next 24 hours. It is important that we put into people's mind that it's a game we want to win and that will be reflected in the team. But, of course, it will be an opportunity for some others to come in.
It will be a big test - we were able to witness the quality of Huddersfield during pre-season. That was a very tight and very competitive game. I think they will have a very good season and I fancy them for promotion. Lee Clark will also want to come back to St.James' Park and get a result so it all makes for a good game."
Chris Hughton on Tim Krul Goalkeeper
talking to nufcTV
"Tim's response to going back to the bench after West Brom was exactly what we expected and his attitude has been terrific, What he has to do is use this time to learn from Steve Harper. He will be given a start against Huddersfield and it's another chance for him to gain some invaluable experience."
Lee Clark Huddersfield Manager and Local Hero
Lee talking to nufcTV
"I'm not really surprised at how well Newcastle are doing - I'm actually delighted for them, Most of the credit has to go to Chris Hughton and Colin Calderwood, because they seem to have got the group together and the players working hard for each other. The results they are getting is a tremendous credit to the two lads. They still have a lot of good players there and they seem to be playing at the top of their confidence. We know it will be a tough game for us.It is going to be a fantastic day for myself and my staff because of the links we have with Newcastle. It is where I grew up watching games in the early eighties and I was lucky enough to go on and play for them.
Going back is always special for me as it is my Club, but for me the only ground that comes near to matching it for atmosphere and overall experience is Old Trafford.
As far as we're concerned, we'd love to go as far as we can in the cup, The main thing that I'm looking for against Newcastle is a performance from the team. Of course, we'll be going up to Newcastle looking to cause an upset and get through to the next round. Newcastle have had a great start though, and are playing very well. We'll have to give a good performance up there and show some quality. If we do that, we'll see if it has been enough to get the result we want."
